AUTOMATIC GLAZING
This
machine is to glaze plates and bowls automatically. The worker only supplies a
biscuit ware on to the ware supply conveyor and can do glazing works
continuously without particular skilfulness.
The glazing processes such as air dust-removing,
water spraying, dipping glazing, spreading and taking-out are done
automatically and continuously. In
case of traditional glazing work, hand glazing by a worker, the serious problem
such as unevenness of glazing which influences on quality of product sometimes happened. This
machine can glaze evenly, efficiently and easily. By connecting automatic
foot-wiping conveyor with this machine, more efficient works can he
obtained.
